I'm a User Experience Lead who champions research in industries spanning from healthcare to government.

About me

Dedicated to breaking down ambiguous problems in often complex spaces, I utilize my background in psychology and economics daily as a User Experience (UX) Architect. With a passion and rigor for qualitative research, I am dedicated to uncovering user needs while collaborating with stakeholders to create impactful digital experiences.

My enthusiasm for UX runs beyond the scope of typical project work, as I continue to mentor and engage new people into the field. I believe empathy is an often-overlooked key ingredient that is quintessential for success. Outside of work, you can find me facilitating workshops for Ursinus College, TechGirlz, and Coded by Kids, or taking classes in accessibility or frontend development.

With the intention of leading by example, I continue to participate in trainings and courses to strengthen my UX skillset and stay abreast of the best ways to communicate processes/ideas both internally and with stakeholders.
